These Terms and Conditions of Sale ("TCS") govern all contractual relationships between OKERIA, an e-commerce website accessible at https://okeria.com, and any individual or legal entity making a purchase on the site ("the Client").

Acceptance of the TCS is mandatory for any order placed on the site. Their application is immediate and non-negotiable.

Any order placed on https://okeria.com becomes binding upon payment confirmation.
The company reserves the right to cancel any order in case of suspected fraud or non-payment.

5. Delivery and Returns

5.1 Delivery
Delivery times and conditions are specified during the ordering process. OKERIA is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.

5.2 Right of Withdrawal and Product Returns
In accordance with applicable regulations, the Client has a legal right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving their order.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
